The Inflatables, hailing from Richmond, VA, made their debut performance at the now infamous Elysian Fields Music Festival in early August of 2010. Since then the band has gone on to record their first album, “Dirty Looks From The Dog”, and hold residencies at two of Richmond’s most popular bars, the Camel and Cary St. Cafe, bringing new fans into their fold with each show. The group consists of Alex Murphy on banjo, Adrian Ciucci on lead guitar, Zach Hudgins on bass, and Ben Butterworth on rhythm guitar. Their repertoire includes everything from down home barn burners, psychedelic swing, and plenty of jug sluggin soul searching head scratchin tunes, providing a sometimes sideways, but always honest perspective for the likes of weary travelers, thrill seekers, and ramblers from all around.
